A lot of Atari Lynx games have excellent soundtracks. The prime example that comes to my mind is Electrocop. Though, unless you go rip the tracks with the aid of an emulator they're not exactly easy to find on the internet.

Simcity is fine, that series is actually entertaining. Whereas Gabelstapler Simulator 2009 isn't exactly up to that caliber.

Hardcore simulation games; Flight Sims, Train Sims, Forklift Sims. Could do without those pretty easily.
