Looks like the game has been delayed by a little over a month.
But it does appear that there will be some kind of beta test
(Not sure why the link displays Guilty Gear)
I finished Halo CE earlier today, and yeah, my thoughts on it haven't really changed from my previous post:
TL;DR - Mechanically, the game has aged gracefully. The levels are terrible though, and really put a downer on the experience.
Now im onto Halo 2, which has traditionally been my least...
To be fair, 99% of my exposure to Batman, is when he is going solo.
Primarily, the Dark Knight trilogy, and the Arkham games.
In my eyes, Batman has never really belonged amongst actual super heroes, anyway, so this reboot works just fine, to me.
I've known that they have been planning on doing Flashpoint/multiverse for a while, but it seems a little bit early to be messing with alternate realities, before they have even properly established a "main" reality.
At the same time, I am also happy that this means that they are...
Apparently in a post-beta survey, sent to some participants, one of the questions was something to the tune of "Were specialists better than classes from previous Battlefield games, yes or no?"
So at least DICE are aware of the criticisms.
I would be surprised if the game stripped out the...
I've been streaming the Halo games, in preparation for Halo Infinite. Im just on Halo CE, at the moment, after playing through Reach.
Halo CE is a game that I feel has aged like a fine wine, but I have also soured on, over the years.
The mechanical side of the game - the combat, the enemies...
Guaranteed, the most popular characters are going to be the dude with the grappling hook, and the lady with the med kit.
Congratulations, we have gone from 4 distinct classes, with 4 distinct roles, down to effectively 2 - one of which has basically 0 teamplay.
I never had a chance to play this, but the game certainly appears to be divisive.
The Battlefield faithful seem to think that Battlefield is back, and just about everyone else seems to think this game has a lot of problems.
My biggest concern is how the Specialists work - where each specialist...
I have a code for Star Wars: Squadrons (Origin)
I also still have codes for:
Cities in Motion 2
Shadow Complex Remastered (Epic)
Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection
Medal of Honor (2010) (Origin)
Cities: Skylines (with Green Cities & European Suburbia expansions)
The interesting thing about Ubisoft is that they don't really make bad games, yet I have very little interest in playing anything with their logo on the box (and not because of their scandals), more so than the likes of EA, Activsion, etc.
Ubisoft games are generally fun. They're generally well...
Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, Spectre
None really blew me away. Whilst Casino Royale was my favourite, and Quantum of Solace was probably my least favourite, none were really significantly better or worse than each other. Though watching them all mostly back-to-back did result in...
Perspective of what?
Anime isn't magically different from any other medium, just by virtue of it being animated.
It doesn't matter whether or not you have seen a single episode of an anime in your life. Characters are characters, whether or not they are animated, live action, from a game, or...
Im not saying that Bakugo would have been a good protagonist, im just saying that if it was a choice between the "Im angry at everything" trope, or the "I burst into tears at the slightest challenge" trope, I would take the first option every time.
But again, thats not to say that this...
