Because it's a widely disliked form of playing? It's a lot worse at the lower level instances, because everyone just wants to level as high and as fast as they can before the next expansion comes out. Warriors don't want to sword'n'board their way up. It's slow, I can't blame them. Druids...

It's not the vegetarians themselves that people hate. It's when the same vegetarians start telling you that you are murdering animals, abusing animals, and start generally pushing vegetarianism on you. But, hey, the same goes for any person or group with views different than the majority.
