    The Big Picture: Dumping Irony

This is what I got from this episode: Bob wants to be able to watch MLP without having to defend himself. Good for you Bob!

Escape to the Movies: Star Trek: Into Darkness

I'm sorry to say, but your post shows very clearly that you only saw the review and not the movie. And because of that, the post comes off very reckless. The film is not a remake of ST2: Wrath of Khan. If anything, it's a re-imagined version of the episode of the tv series that introduced...

    LoadingReadyRun: SPRING!

I'm not sure whose legs are whiter, Graham's or Paul's...either way, best be goin' outside and soak up that vitamin D!

    LoadingReadyRun: Men Easter

They left out the scene where Jesus kicks Paul in the crotch.... Would it have been less manly to show 5 hours of cute Playboy Bunnies?

Jimquisition: Dead Space - The Best New IP This Generation?

I'm curious about this new "Dead Spice" game too

Square Enix Favors High Mobile Prices Over Free-to-Play

I still think they are trying to milk whatever price they can get out of the "nostalgia" purse strings. $15-$20 for a port of a 20 year old game is over-reaching. Even Gameloft knows better than to get that greedy.

10-Year-Old Borrows Steamy Gay Sex Manga From Local Library

I not sure how to address this, but I'm siding with the Library on this one. If you are going to ban adult non-fiction material (graphic novel or otherwise) for being pornographic, why stop there? Why not add the soft porn material like romance novels? Why not ban rated-R videos that have a...

Looks like Forensic Accounting has a new hero. I hope to see Seth McDebit in The Other Guys 2.

Blizzard CEO Responds to Diablo III Controversy

First, I want to state that I don't have a copy of Diablo 3. I'm not exactly believing the PR answers for the reasons requiring an always-online connection, even when playing single player. For those that suspect the reason for the always-online requirement is because of the auction house...

Dad Blames Microsoft for Son's Xbox Live Spending Spree

Do you need a credit card to be on XBL now? I thought you could buy membership/point cards at your local Walmart (or the European equivalent) to prevent this. At least you can buy iTunes cards to buy stuff without having your credit card on file. Don't see why you can't do the do the same for XBL.

Million-Dollar Game Collection Sells on eBay

I can see the headline now. "Nerdy 40+ gamer finally gets married, wife makes him sell life-long video game collection"

Origin Boss Says Steam Sales "Cheapen Intellectual Property"

I'm a consumer that has bought a fair amount on Steam. Most of those purchases have been on Steam sales. I do however, usually average about buying 2 games a year at full price. (ironically, all 4 of those purchases have been EA games in the past 2 and half years- all of them through Steam) So...

Pachter: On-Disc DLC Is "Just Plain Greed"

I respectfully disagree. Microsoft doesn't sell Windows 7 Home Premium, with Windows 7 Professional features "locked away" on the disc. If you want to upgrade to professional, you have register your licensed copy, and then pay the upgrade cost, then have the extra features downloaded. It a line...

Pachter: On-Disc DLC Is "Just Plain Greed"

I think we should waste taxpayer dollars and subpoena the main offenders to stand before a congressional hearing to explain why they feel they can sell us a physical game with pre-loaded DLC, but hold it for ransom until the consumer pays an additional fee. Hey, if Congress has the time to...

Best Buy Employee "Outs" Straight Guy

I agree. While one's sexual preference can be considered sensitive, it could have been worse. The employee could have posted a racial/ethnic hate post on the guy's facebook account. Or maybe post a false rant on how he hates the company he works for and get the guy fired. Point is, the employee...
