Hearthstone's Next Adventure Revealed - The League of Explorers

I still play Tavern Brawl but otherwise I'm been out for a while now. The game got stale and I don't see anything here that'll counter the super fast Aggro game.

Zero Punctuation: Axiom Verge & Stealth Inc 2

Just wait a week and it'll be up on the Escapist youtube page. That way you won't have to worry about getting viruses due to poorly curated ads (which is just a thing, not that I'm saying it's an Escapist thing).

Roy, Ryu Data Uncovered in Latest Smash Bros. 4 Update

At first I got Roy confused with Dan (thinking both characters were from Street Fighter). Now that would have been an interesting character to add.

Heroes of The Storm's Pricing Structure is Unacceptable. Here's How to Fix it

Hell, look at Hearthstone which similarly has a significant real money or time drain when compared with it's competitors.

Gearbox Isn't Working on Borderlands 3... But it Wants to be

I think it's more that they don't have another publisher's money to divert into a third game.

It's Official: The Elder Scrolls Online is Going Buy-to-Play

Not a huge surprise. For the past year the box copies at Target (and a few other retailers) have been on half off sales almost every other week. That kind of consistent low discount seemed to imply that people really weren't picking up copies.

Musician's Union Threatens to Expel The Banner Saga Composer

Actually I'm a member of my work's union and unless I actually want to vote on the few things that require voting I pay nothing. That said they are incredibly helpful in making my work life a lot easier than what management wants and especially when management (although in the case I'm thinking...

Only a Tiny Number of Monument Valley Android Installs Were Paid For

I knew even less but liked the art style. One of the few really good FAoTD I've gotten. I feel they most likely didn't take it into account though.

Marvel Casting Actresses For Jessica Jones Netflix Series

To be fair, the comic had very little action, it was more detective-y. I'd say Ritter would be a fine choice character wise.

Report: Assassin's Creed: Unity Frame Rate Problems Across Consoles - Update

Like other had said, Unity had an embargo until after Launch day. As for Rogue, apparently Ubisoft did not send out any review copies to any outlet. So anyone wanting to review it had to wait until after launch (and had to buy their own copy, which isn't as big a deal but means most media...

D&D Movie Lawsuit Will Proceed to Trial

Probably over what constitutes a theatrical release. And there might be other issues as well as far as what the language in the contract really means. It's not always unambiguous.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Biggest RPG Ever Created by BioWare

On the other hand, it's possible that one will be able to say the same thing about these characters. We don't know the context of who or when these followers would appear.

    Who Owns Stargate?

In light of Guardians of the Galaxy, I could see Lexx getting a decent movie reboot.

Goyer's Martian Manhunter Comments Are Why DC Can't Have Nice Things

From my understanding (and I haven't followed DC comics in years) is that this is a problem across the board at DC. "Moar Darker" seems to be what they want is the comics and movies.

Goyer's Martian Manhunter Comments Are Why DC Can't Have Nice Things

Wow, just Wow. MM works especially well if DC isn't going for the interconnected Universe. For the Superman comparison, MM is the last of his species but unlike Superman they died off while he was an adult. I mean he lost his wife and child. I'd play up that aspect. MM can easily be one of...
