My first thought when I saw this was "Fire up the night vision binoculars." Anyways, Yeah I know most of my neighbors. Not well, But we've all spoken with one another at some point. Nice people. Never had anyone complain during loud parties or drumming.

I've seen 'Heavy Metal' about 3 dozen times, and it never gets old. I love showing it to people who have never heard of it that are into classic rock. I've also seen Sex Drive, Trainspotting, and Donnie Darko a billion times, and could probably watch them all some more.
