I enjoyed the Clone Wars animated series (and the film). There were a lot of times while watching it I'd go on the star wars wiki afterwards, look something up and end up losing hours reading further and further into stuff. Also I really like the way the animation was done.

I love Max Payne 1 and 2. 3 looks to be shaping up nicely as well. I'd say you could play 3 without having to have played the previous games, but it may help. You can grab them pretty cheap these days if you're looking to give them a go.

I thought Mass Effect started off easy, went pretty damn hard and then once you got to a decent level it became almost trivial. (On any difficulty other than casual)
