Kojima, you know what to do. Alternative costume this shit (it's not like he hasn't put Big Boss/Snake in women's clothing before).
Also, I require a shot from the back. For...research.
I'm not quite sure if you're bringing this up in the context of the 'differences between killing and rape' scenario, but if that is the case, then rape is only rape if it is against the law as well (thus, examples such as rape as an institutionalized psychological tactic in warfare in the Congo...
Ok, but killing in self-defense is not a morally incorrect action, it is preventing a violent action towards your own person. Thus it cannot be held as a comparison to rape, a malicious action towards another individual. You can't compare offensive action to defensive action and then say 'well...
One cannot justify murder. One can justify killing in self-defense, but it is morally repulsive to consider murder a justified offense. Objectively, killing in self-defense IS NOT murder, by any legal or moral definition. The word you're looking for is homicide, and in the context of...
You act like fictionalized violence is a product of our society and hasn't been a large part of media since the beginning of human history. loved some violent media. [http://totem.mirgt.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/06.hunting-scene-on-the-cave-paintings1.jpg]
You think the Renaissance...
I'd just like to point out to some people here that even though murder victims certainly aren't complaining, you seem to be ignoring attempted murder victims. Who's to say that graphic violence in video games doesn't bring up painful memories? I only say this because I do have a friend who was...
Now, I'm no geneticist, but isn't the main research towards the 'nature' side of the argument directed towards epigenetics currently? This is purely based on my casual reading of science articles.
In regards to this 'cure' idea, it's actually interesting because autistics have already begun...
I think the trailer really helped to cement that cynicism too. The first Mirror's Edge trailers were mostly just parkour (or that shattering reality music video thing) while the first trailer for Mirror's Edge 2 shows off combat mechanics but barely any parkour.
I'm behind on my information then, my mistake. In 2011 Kojima compared it to Acid (which is obviously non-canon).
Then again MGS canon is a clusterfuck only overshadowed by the X-Men movies.
Pretty much my position. She's a hack, but criticism should be directed at her work and statements, not at her body, gender, etc. Obviously death threats are a whole new level of stupid.
I'd really love it if they took it even further and let you romance a watermelon companion. It never says...
I seem to also recall The End's ghillie suit being an actual part of his body, so he could alter it to fit different forest colours (when he dies the leaves on it turn brown and wither as well). So that actually kind of fits into Metal Gear canon.
What, no love for the insane post-modernism of MGS2? That stuff has held up surprisingly well, and I think it's hilarious that a lot of developers are taking credit right now for exploring the player-player character divide when Kojima beat them to the punch years ago (and was basically totally...
Trejo had cleaned his life up BEFORE he became an actor. He had spent over a decade in prison, had just began to go to college, beat alcoholism and drug addiction years before he starred in a movie. I don't think it's fair to Trejo to claim that being in movies turned his life around. He turned...
