Correct me if I am wrong but didn't the law in Japan outlaw the "R4" cart only, instead of flashcarts in general? Cause to anyone not in the know the R4 was the first cart to achieve massive success, but has been consider a cheap POS for MANY years now. Most people who own flash carts don't...
Don't remember specifically if Starfox was double speed or not. As for the emulator it was whatever I downloaded off Kazaa and I played it on my Windows 2000 machine.
Yea I read their spec sheet. The article should be changed though because the GBA hardware was not what allowed the playing of GB/C games. It is factually incorrect how it is currently worded.
Not needed. It is cloning the hardware which can be legally copied using this technique...
Christ has no one on this site every seen one of these before? There are DOZENS of the exact same think made by a ton of manufacturers. It's not an emulator so don't worry about processing power. It uses a clone hardware so it plays the games "natively". However that means they usually don't...
Yu wrote a really funny article there Greg.
Also for anyone wanting more stargate:

So are we going to start suing Saudi Arabian Corporations for prejudice and hate crimes? Cause this ruling basically means the US has control over the world.
Love to hear New Zeland's response to this.
Keep in mind, in the USA you are allowed a "back up" copy of your software. Back in my younger days before I was faced with the burden of living expenses I MADE my own back up (ROM file) of every DS game I owned, and put them on my R4.
Why? The convenience of having all my games at once...
OLD NEWS IS SO EXCITING:

Seriously as someone who has been paying EXTREMELY close attention to this whole mess this is nothing new. In fact the current court room drama has been going on with several months. Whitting knows he is...
Yea they buy the debt from Microsoft for pennies on the dollar and try to make the difference. I am well versed in how this all works.
My point is as someone else pointed out:
Give fake name and contact info.
Get pre-paid debit card.
Buy 360 and kinect for $99
turn and sell for $200...
I doubt Microsoft is going to pursue legal action against you for $359. It would cost them more in court fee's. Plus if you don't give you real address when you sign up, where might they find you?
When I worked at gamestop if it turned on and read a disc we took it, and never tried to...
So what is to stop me from buying this, "losing" my credit card, and setting up a new XBL account?
Furthermore what happens if someone forgoes payments, whole console gets banned from live and they sell it to gamestop? Can it be re-activated later by the new owner?
You didn't read my post. With PCI-E having some limited backwards incompatibility a PCI-E 2.0 card will work in a 1.0 slot, but only at the 1.0 speeds. Seeing as how you have yet to post your motherboard we don't know if you have a 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0 slot in it.
By simply insisting that...
Don't expect the graphics card to be the solution then. You are bottle-knecking the GPU with your CPU and RAM. Plus you didn't post your mobo so for all I know it only has a PCIE 1.0 slot.
