the original didn't do well in america and neither will this one should it come here. poor selection of games, horrendously expensive proprietary memory cards, and no friends who want to buy them for the same reasons as me.

i almost bought splinter cell :conviction till i played it on my friends pc and realized that chaos theory and Pandora tomorrow really were the two best splinter cell games...

im more mad that PETA has a waterfront headquarters despite being a "non profit" agency. this parody they made is obviously a publicity stunt that shouldn't be taken seriously.

also, i use truecrypt to encryt my files into a nearly impossible to crack file container. unless that thing can crack the encryption, i think i'm safe.
Every AAA title always gets excellent ratings on sites like IGN and gamespot. yet better (and less recongnized) titles get mediocre ratings from these same sites
we all know that these sites are often paid to say nothing but good things about certain games...
even so, I cannot remember the...
Good ratings mean nothing, most of them are paid to say great things about it anyway.
best example would be GTA IV on the pc (worst porting job EVER). at the time of release, IGN rated it a 9.2 out of 10 with the "readers average" at 4.2.
