Did anyone else read "James Bond's SPECTRE Stands Revealed In New Trailer" and interpret it as the escapist saying "hey, the new James Bond movie has these things called SPECTERs that are a lot like Stands from Jojo"?
Over-use and fatigue concerns aside, how would this even work? Are there going to be enough people picking up old remasters of prior games for the multiplayer (presumably what they're talking about) to be viable?
I would have thought their approach to handhelds going forward would be to try to distinguish it as far from the Vita as possible, if only to appease stockholders.
I don't think the sheer amount of text is the problem but pacing that's the issue - the problem was most clear to me with the strip about the Captain America cosplay - they have the joke setup about his body type being stocky and the observation about the Rob Liefeld's absurd character design...
The Amazon panel finally got half of a smile out of me at least; lots of stuff gets better the longer the creators do it so maybe it will be the case here too.
I can't wait for a browser based team builder application like there are for X-wing - I never owned any of the miniature sets (but I played with my friend who did) but I had great fun putting together combo gimmicks and squads and look forward to doing for this as well.
