Started with an Atari (And yes, I did actually have ET!) then a C64 but the games never really apealed to me for some reason, then the Amiga500 which was mindmeltingly fun (Moonstone on 4 discs.. And 'Loom' was amazing too) then it all went the PC way starting with a 586 and just going on from...

Granted I've only tried G.U.R.P.S [http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/] but it had a nice flow due to you being able to pick and choose rules and systems so it can be as advanced or simple as you'd like.
Granted the GM problem can still be there if the GM is bad, the one time I tried being the GM...

I use the Detonator to 'flarejump' to wierd places, then drop down and crit them with the Backburner. (Maybe finish them with melee for the health)

A fun 'little' game (Takes up a lot of space depending on the dungeon layout) and it works wonders when beer is introduced as well.
For those who dont know, Munchkin is satire RPG where its a race to get to level 10...
When you put it like that, I guess my first 'Hero' would be the protagonist from Loom (Which was an AWESOME game)
Probably would be some earlier heroes from my Atari or Commadore64, but at that time I couldnt read english.

I was supposed to run up to a guy, grab him and then throw him off a bridge for the heck of it, but presed the wrong button and did that 'smackdown' type move right off the bridge.
