Real men shave dry... and with a machete! Umm, use a razor with less blades. I find despite what they say, the less blade the better. I only use 3 max. The less blades, the less surface area your skin is pressed over, limiting the amount of ways your hair can avoid being cut.

I did after several years in the original Silver. I even got Mew without an Action Replay or Gameshark. There's a glitch in Red/Blue/Yellow that lets you catch Mew rather legitimately.
