As someone who's played A LOT of Xcom this is kind of true. The movement changes are huge, you need to make sure you move people in the right order so the right person can jump etc... It certainly has a lot more depth to it than on the surface, not to mention the overwatch function/weapon...

So one game made something rather simplistic, so every game should do that? Also I'm 100% positive I literally COULD NOT put as many hours of gameplay into Fat Princess as I did into Overwatch. FP may be fun for 10,20, hell even 200 hours. But I doubt people have put thousands of hours into that...

Going to echo what others have said check with your company. That said. No I don't think it's professional. If someone walked into a client meeting with bright purple hair, even if they had the appropriate suit I would think "Man that's crazy hair, not very professional though."

I mean yeah. RTS's are NOT controller friendly at all, and never will be. They require far too much accuracy and quick selection/hotkeys to allow for controller.
