The single best phone I've ever had was the HTC MyTouch 4G (only available on T-Mobile, I'm pretty sure - which sucks because T-Mobile sucks). It's android, it's fast as hell, tons of features, and it's slick looking/feeling. Second was the Sony (Ericsson) Xperia. Also fast. Good job not...

The crap people (try to) sue over these days is incredible. I hope it's thrown out AND the poor, injured girl's parents get to pay a metric shit-ton of associated legal fees. Stupidity should be expensive if it can't be painful.

I think that breaking the news over the phone is pretty crappy, too. If you're man enough to fuck around on her, be man enough look her in the eye when you tell her what you've done. In other words: tell her face-to-face. Good luck with that, btw. You're probably going to need it. :-/

I really enjoy Criminal Minds, but occasionally they go a little over the top on the violence for my taste.

I won't deal with Netflix because I don't like their business practices. I use Amazon Prime Video (free videos + cheap/free shipping for $79 a year - $39 a year if you're a college student).. which doesn't have nearly as good a selection, but I prefer doing business with them.

The fact that it seems like every damned program wants to install a toolbar with itself. It's ridiculous. I have no qualms whatsoever cancelling the installation of a program or uninstalling it if it sneaks the toolbar by me somehow and finding a different program that'll do the same thing and...
