Sexuality is too fluid to put it down like that. I like boys and girls, and I'm pretty happy, so nah I wouldn't want to get rid of it. If there are gay/lesbian people who are miserable, it is the result of people's reactions to their sexuality, and not their sexuality.
I would support a cure...
Three words: "That's so gay."
I know that the word didn't always mean "homosexual", but that is the general definition nowadays. When people use it to describe something they find stupid or abhorrent, it's upsetting.
It was a complete disconnect from the preceding 80 hours and a MASSIVE deus ex machina. None of your choices matter. It was incredibly stupid.

I don't think it's a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination - the original BioShock had far more depth, atmosphere and narrative power. However, I did have a lot of fun with it.

I'm just happy to have a homophobia-free event for gamers. Anyone can attend, so I don't see the so-called "segregative harm" that it apparently causes. Also, it's hard for gays to hook up with other gays, so... yeah that's a good reason to have it.
