2 to 3 is a decent enough time for large titles, not factoring in unexpected delays and costs. Obviously some studios may take longer but waiting for something makes it worthwhile (DNF is the exception which proves the rule)
Not fussed, I enjoyed older versions of Final Fantasy (everything beyond X sucked but I liked X). However the day they release another console KH which follows Sora is the day I leap with joy and sell my right testicle for a PS3 and a copy.

Probably Fallout: New Vegas. Nearly everytime the game would bug in some way, usually my gun would get stuck in the air but I could still use it. Some older games freeze on me now and again but I put that down to age.
I got attacked by something that got into my instant messaging software, like all of it and it would send bogus links to everyone on my contact list. Eventually sorted it out by doing a system restore to reset things back to before it got installed.

As for being allowed to kick you out, yes she can but I'm fairly certain she can't mark you as absent or deduct marks from a test provided you don't use your phone in said test.
