Bodybuilding.com has many good workouts for all degrees of experience. r/fitness or r/loseit are also good places to go. Personally I don't believe in anything gimmicky, its most important that you eat well above anything. Cut down on bad fats... make sure you still get some good fats in...

This is the beauty of minecraft.... sure right now its a game that is in beta and we have to wait for updates. But couple years down the road I see it being more of a platform than a game. notch created minecraft and deserves to profit.... but to be sure.. the only developer minecraft needs...
