In my opinion it did, but my friend disagrees. The last scene of the game ended with Soap being helped to a helicopter by Price and Nikolai, as they talk about how Soap needs medical attention. Not to mention, the last thing to be said in the game was: "Da- I know a place" End of game.

I don't see a reason not to. Just because it's a girl, doesn't mean they can't be treated the same as everyone else.
