Well, I loved Just Cause 2, Mass Effect 2, DAO, Fallout3 & NV (although the bugs are maddening & ruin immersion) So I gotta say all three have made games i love. ME2 is probably my favorite RPG of all time tho.

Seriously, the game crashes every other time I quick travel or try to load a new environment. The quicksave works about half the time & it just gets beyond a joke trying to get some immersion when you are forced to restart the game every 5 minutes because you didn't un-equip a quest item before...
