Chrono Cross, by leaps and bounds. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, for ethereal bliss. The Suikoden series, mostly I and II, for just having some excellent scenes to go with the music. That guitar music in Suikoden I gave it quite a mature feel despite being a first generation PSX title.

Absolutely brilliant. That was one of the stupidest war scenes I've ever seen in a video game, hats, ridiculous siege weapons and all (this from a guy who got through half the game.) I was hoping for a Fallout 3 reference near the end there, but man, you guys did it again!
