36-Hour Lemmings Port Gets Cease-and-Desist From Sony

The guy's got a great attitude to all of this, and I really hope his negotiations with Sony go well.

    Critical Miss: #13

Is that bear a Harvey Birdman reference? 'Cause that would be so awesome. Anyway, great comic so far, I've loved almost every episode.

Molyneux: Wii and Move Are the Same

Well he's got a point, but it's a moot one. The Move's never tried to be anything more than a Wii-copy. It's a fancy Wii, that will hopefully also have some appeal to "hardcore" gamers. That's what it's always wanted to accomplish. It's a Wii, but it has the PS3's graphics, processing power...

Professor Layton Dev's Newest Game Looks Stunning on PS3

I don't know, the visuals definitely looked stunning, but what we saw of the combat looked rather uninviting to me (not a big fan of JRPG-style turn-based-combat). But I'll keep my eyes on this, maybe I'll like the finished project more.

Take-Two Aims For One New IP Per Year

Sounds like an alright initiative. I never complain about new IPs, as long as they're done well. What I really like about 2K is their "it's done when it's done" attitude, as displayed in this article. I really think it does wonders to improve the games they publish.

BioWare Says the PC is "Made For Games"

Nope, can't say I think PC's gaming's on the way out either. I spend 75% of my gaming time playing on the PC, if not more. There are so many reasons the PCs will always remain alive, from the sprawling Indie-games scene to the many hardcore strategy and RPG titles. Most competitive FPS's also...

E3 2010: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

AWESOME!!! You can import your choices from the previous game over to the sequel! That just made my day. Goddamn, I did not think I could be more psyched for this game, yet here I am, feeling like a little kid before Christmas Eve.

    E3 2010: Tito?s Five Favorite Games

Wow, Magic the Gathering: Tactics sounds really interesting. I hadn't heard of it before now. The more turn-based strategy games the better, if you ask me. And of course, Civ V will be epic in every possible way. Can't wait for it.

E3 2010: Warriors: Legends of Troy Hands On

I definitely hope there's archery. Playing Teucer, the master archer, would be absolutely awesome.

    PlayStation Plus Explained

That actually sounds pretty sweet. What was the monthly cost again? Nevermind, didn't see the last part of the article. Silly me.

E3 2010: Warriors: Legends of Troy Hands On

Alright, this has the potential to be very good. Very cool to see that they want to stick with the original source material. So few games do this, and it's a damned shame because those old poems were absolutely epic. They don't need to be spiced up for a modern audience, they're already plenty...

Deux Ex Turns 10, Goes For $2.50

I have very little interest in this game (should be interesting to try it out though), but I just bought it. I'd buy damn near anything for that price. I remember last Steam Holiday Sale... I went into a coma the minute I laid eyes on it, and when I woke up I had emptied my bank account and...

Activision Concerned About Kinect and Move

I still think the Move is going to sell pretty good, or at least sell alright. It's pretty much just a Wii with better graphics, but it's cheaper than the Wii (requiring, of course, that you've already got a PS3). So families that already own a PS3 will probably be more likely to buy a Move...

APB: All Points Bulletin (and why isn't anyone talking about it)

Well, they kinda lost me when it went pay-to-play. Originally they had intended that the game was to be free. You paid for it once, and bam, you could play as much as you wanted. Now they've decided to go with the hourly-billing system, which is a great idea but it doesn't appeal to me...

Jaffe: Games Industry Needs to Get Over Itself

Ah, those are some pretty good examples actually. And you've got a valid point, a game is, after all, a game, not a painting. It should first and foremost be entertaining to the player, and with most people it's the gameplay that they find entertaining. However, I think we should also...
