I wouldn't say the best game ever, better than any other game, but what it has going for it and why it's so popular, is because of it's originality and it appeals to everyone's imagination and it's replayability is beyond any other game that comes to mind.

In the lore books, Revelation, Ascension and Retribution, there is a child biotic training program created by the Alliance, and basically funded by Cerberus in hopes to advance human biotics and research of implants. I know its not in the game, but it would be nice to see something about it...
