Yeah that was my favourite game for a while. Tenmar: I'm after depth of gameplay rather than plot.

I love it when games are stingy with ammo and good weapons, the desperation of being pinned down by an overwhelming force knowing you have to make your last few rounds count are usually some of the most memorable moments of games.

I live in the UK where these services are supplied by a huge number of companies as they are privatised, is this not true of the US? Back on topic it seems that game consoles are becoming ever more PC-like (internet access, usb ports, hard drives, pc architecture, running an OS etc) and...

I play a load of MD/Genesis games on my phone's emulator (the brilliant Picodrive) but I find many of them to be lacking in substance and depth now I've been spoilt by modern games; can you lot recommend me some games with more to them than jump and shoot?

I think I'll have to give this a try based on this, I did download it at work once but didn't have time to give it a proper go.

I fire my rifle from cover to lure them in, go to cloaked mode, and take out the gunner when they're closer. This usually causes the driver of the boat to come ashore, which is a nice little piece of A.I/scripting IMO as there's not much point in him driving around with a dead gunner.

This is partly why I don't play RTS games, also most AI seems to be able to 'see the matrix' whilst we just have to rely on what we can see and hear. Does any in game AI actual have situational awareness or does it just mimic it?
