Bloody hell, make R-18+ games over the counter, and put in harsh penalties (similar to those for alcohol/cigarette laws, I don't think games and alcohol are the same, but I don't think 12 y/o should be playing Manhunt either) for selling to underage's and wham! Safe R 18 games.

I still got my good ol' original DS but I went through a similar thing with a friend a few days ago, I got an email from him yestreday though apprently he lucked out at a duty free store at Sydney Airport.

Pretty damned true, I was dead set on getting Guitar Hero 3 then I played the demo and decided I'd really rather not pay money for this with Rockband on the horizon.
