Nothing. From what I can tell both console are on equal footing.
Don't get me started on exclusive games, because exclusive games are few and far between. Hence, that is a moot point.
So in actuality they are both more or less the same.

Vincent has guns, so do Alucard and Seras
Vincent has limit breaks, so do Alucard with his release state and Seras with her vampire state
