I tested out my heart rate playing a rhythm game once. My heart rate only went up to 85, even on the hardest songs. Those usually require a **** ton of button presses. 85 is less than I get STANDING UP! Standing up is hardly considered physically active either. You burn more calories...
Tara Platt as main character VA...****ING SOLD!
So, since we killed the narrator, does that mean we can kill anyone in the midst of conversation? She sounds like the right character to do it with.
That being said, I will take an attempt at a foreign accent in some shows. It struck me dumb trying to watch Emma (Victorian Era England) in full Japanese. I guess Emma wasn't near as popular as Hellsing, RoD, or Black Butler. It was still weird having to go through subtitled only.
This won't get contentious at all...NOPE!
Dubbed. I don't really get the "anime/JRPG dubs suck 100%" argument. Actors and directors might be sketchy, but on a whole, there's a reason LA/Texas actors tend to dub nearly hundreds of shows or games. They are good at it. I dare anyone to...
Basically, the game is "Asura is angrier than Kratos (sounds impossible, but it's true), so he punches everything while screaming." That's all I need to remember.
Also, Graham's reaction to the scene shift is so awesome.

Ghost Stories
They scrapped the original concept and just wrote whatever stupid comedy **** they wanted ala Shin-Chan
And DO NOT WATCH ENDLESS EIGHT! BARF!
I'm nuts for JRPGs and all, but HOW is this **** popular? Atelier (limited as it is) feels like Persona quality compared to this. Maybe the gameplay salvages it. Being an SRPG, I'll never know.
I feel dirty watching this.

Themistocles and Artemisia have VERY rough sex as part of a ploy for her to win his favor. He says no, she basically skullfucks his fleet. At the end, she sees him and says, "You fight harder than you fuck!"
Keithgriff (the scholar) was voiced by Richard Epcar (Batou in Ghost in the Shell). Needless to say, the game is badass just cause he's in it. I did just use Atelier and badass in the same sentence. Ayesha is definitely not Michelle Ruff. Ruff does play someone else in the game though...
Considering Square Enix wussed out with both X and XII's male protagonists, I guess I should say it's refreshing to see Lightning on ALL THREE XIII games. I would, but they still wussed out ten years too late.
