After watching all three parts I can confidently say that "I don't get it". I'm not sure exactly what this series was about other than Bob not liking Kevin very much, even though he goes on to list many of Kevin's works that he enjoys, and then states he actually kind of likes Kevin Smith...
The only word I have to sum this up is "meh". Just looks like another big, epic, brooding piece of shit. I'm not sure why but it totally reminds me of World War Z (and I wouldn't really call that a good thing).
Can't wait for the Steam release (assuming there will be one). I've been waiting for this game to come out, and was pretty disappointed when it was a PS3 exclusive...
Guess I'll just have to wait.
I came here to say just that. These kinds of stories are posted all the time by big AV companies. I won't believe it until I see it confirmed from another (reliable!) source.
I think a lot of people are about to remember (very abruptly) just how bad Halo 2 actually was. Once you hit the first Arbiter level, it's all down hill (the first few Chief levels are actually pretty good).
Also, the multiplayer in the remake would probably be in the Reach engine... THANK...
I dunno... Everything I've been hearing about this game makes me think they should just drop the Max Payne name and make a new frikkin franchise altogether (bullet time has been used in other games y'know). Maybe it retains all of the noire just in a new setting, but it's seeming less likely...
I just have a quick question that can be answered in the forum; Why do some episodes cut off at the end? It can be rather jarring when I'm not watching the time.
Thanks, and keep doing what you're doing. Love the podcast/website.
It's pretty good, but I would really like a "dark" theme. The site is far too bright for night time viewing.
The layout seems fine though. It'll just take a little getting used to.
