I don't see any problem with this; if somebody wants to pay to skip progression that's their choice. I would never do it but I know some people who would gladly spend a few dollars to unlock some weapons. Nothing wrong with that.
That literally happened twice in the movie. If one gag happening on two occasions ruins an entire movie for you, you got issues.
OT: I saw it a week ago (Yay Australia) and thought it was wicked awesome. I agree with Bob that it's the second best Marvel movie after Captain America, and it is...
Wait, I thought Billie Jean King came out while she was still playing? She came out in 1981, and stopped playing in 1983. So she isn't the first American player to come out and continue playing.

-More sanctions = Not going to help these people
There isn't really a solution to this...
I would imagine they are just making a prequel whilst Rocksteady works on another title, and then they will return for Arkham 3. Just a thought though.
Oh grow up! You get yourself excited for a game, and you get let down. Fine. Deal with it.
You got a refund, be happy. Don't make some childish vote because the game wasn't perfect the first time. If you do that with EA, and not with say Bethesda, then you are a hypocrite.
