That's why I THINK it was merged with the first 2. I know it's based off 1 and 2 without a doubt. Never played 3, so I wouldn't be entirely sure.

Bringing games to the US doesn't say they're stealing. It means that they're "Americanizing" the games for the general public. They basically translate it into English, make some deals with the actual developers and then release it after testing it.
