Piracy isn't a right, but privacy is (at least according to the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights).
It won't bother you from a practical standpoint if you don't illegally download.
It can still bother you on principle regardless.

The last game I beat was L.A. Noire. It started off swimmingly, but really fell off after the Homicide Desk (about halfway through the overall game). As a result, the game ended up falling short and just generally disappointing me. Somewhere around the 18-hour mark the only thing that stopped me...
The Vita seems like it'll definitely be the better overall system, but from what I can tell the 3DS is going to end up with a better library of games, even it got off to a slow start, so in the end I voted for 3DS.

Of those 10, only 1 actually shows up on my hypothetical top ten list, so I suppose I would have to give you a 1 out of 10.
I like all of these games (with the hypothetical exception of Alan Wake, since I haven't played it), I just happen not to think that most of them are top ten material...
LA Noire. For the first 12 hours or so it was a solid 9.5/10, but as soon as you cleared the homicide desk it rapidly decreased in quality, in terms of story, gameplay, and enjoyment value. When all's said and done I'd give it a 6.5 overall.
