Bane could work out. Catwoman, the penguin, and the riddler seem to surreal to make a good movie that runs with the series.

Not even close. Halo is no where near as interesting as the star wars series. Firstly, the star wars series has a main character. Something the halo series is completely devoid of. Secondly, the star wars series has a story not just "Aliens over there, go kill them. More aliens over here, go...
