    Thoughts on Twitter

As a comedian, I've found it a decent sounding board for new material, and to keep up with where some of my faves are performing. Sure, there's plenty of drama and bullshit on Twitter, but no more than anywhere else on the net. It's fairly easy to avoid if you're so inclined.

    Feed Dump: Nobody Likes Aquaman

And thus the Aquatrucker movement is born. Keep this going. It HAS to become a thing!

Zero Punctuation: E.T. - "The Worst Game Ever"

Have to admit, I like the idea of just doing a look at some of the history in ZP style as opposed to just grabbing an old or overlooked game. Kudos, Yahtzee. Feel free to make some more of these (as if my permission will make all the difference....or as if you'll even read this...).

Star Trek Online: Still Trekkin' Across The Universe

This, this, this, INFINITELY this!!! (And, howdy, Nagus. Welcome to The Escapist!) As a life-long trek addict, at least checking out this game when it went F2P was a no-brainer. I had already been playing Champions Online for about a year (thanks to Shamus Young's series on it in 2010) and...

Zero Punctuation: Next Gen Buyer's Guide

So, who's going to flag Yahtzee for necroing a thread from 6 months ago? :-p

Pretty sure I enjoyed that a helluva lot more than my dog did. Pitchy but awesome. Thanks, Jim.

Movie Defense Force: Batman & Robin

Holy shit. That's so wrong it wraps around to right again. How the hell have I never heard this before?

Movie Defense Force: Batman & Robin

I've softened a lot on this movie over the years. The only thing I find that I still can't overlook is making Bane nothing more than a mindless brute. To me, that's like making The Joker a mime. I know, I know. "It was amusing. It was a bold choice. It was outside the box." I seldom get...

    Star Wars 7 has R2D2

Considering that, as far as I can tell, the whole story arc of both trilogies is pretty much told from R2's perspective (no, I'm not going to bother taking the time to explain why I hold this opinion) this comes as pretty much a given. Not sure a SW film WITHOUT the droids would be worth...

Change one thing about a sport to make it absurdly dangerous.

Baseball: Just let the batters carry the bat around the base path when they run. If you can knock the fielder over before he tags you, you're safe.

What is your gamer stereotype breaking hobby?

I'm a fan of most sports, and an avid follower of baseball. I also do a good bit of writing (mostly comedy), and have even done a few stand-up routines during local amateur mic nights that were fairly well received. Between those, a true love of cooking, and the ability to do my own car...

    Favorite X-Files episodes?

A great episode. If for no other reason than containing Michael J. Anderson from Twin Peaks, although that's definitely not the only reason it is great. That one's called Darkness Falls and is also one of my personal favorites. I also really enjoyed Sleepless, which featured Tony Todd...

Molyneux: Microsoft's E3 Conference Was "Unprofessional"

I think it's time to have my medications reexamined. Peter Molyneux is making sense. It's the 7th Sign of the Apocalypse!!
