Problem there is that developers arent willing to spend too much time on content that many players will never see. It is, in effect, a waste of money and time on their part.

Seeing as Bling is a blue perk, and the grenade launcher consumes the blue perk slot (atleast it does in CoD4) I don't think this will be possible (to my great joy).

They no longer make any backwards compatible PS3's. So slim = fat in that department. The slim PS3's on the market atm are 120GB, I don't know for sure what the fats are but last I checked they were 80GB. So slim > fat here. The slim PS3 obviously takes up less space. Slim > fat there...
