    Escapist News Network: I C U Wii

Oh dear... if that Wii thing is real... Only time I got into acting out was in Zelda. But still, that's damn cruel! Where the hell is this camera?! If I haven't hooked up to the internet with my Wii yet, am I safe?! 0_E................................. It's fake isn't it? -_-

Story over gameplay, what was the last game that you were addicted to because of its story/writing?

Persona 4. I got tired of the grinding, but the boss battles were good. Only reason I was able to grit my teeth and get through the grind was to find out what happened to the characters! Don't get me wrong, the gameplay was good, but I found myself trying to rush it to get to the story!

    Zero Punctuation: Duke Nukem Forever

I haven't read ALL of the thread (forbid the fact I spend all my time reading every page of this) But did anybody else see that "Letter of the Week" thing at the end? It's sad that somebody sent a letter requesting where the game came from. I actually was about to wonder myself if it was out...

Zero Punctuation: Devil May Cry 4

Hey, Yahtzee, I noticed that when you said that sequels were usually inferior (and I can agree to that) I noticed "Live Free or Die Hard" was one of your examples. I thought that movie kicked ass! Only thing it lacked from the others was the R rating. So what about the movie did you not like?

Zero Punctuation: Metal Gear Solid 4

I have to agree. Hearing about all this hype made me think I might as well try a game from the series. Since I didn't have a PS3, I got MGS3 for the PS2. While the game is enjoyable, there are also times where I find myself cursing at the controls in an enraged manner. The need to aim using (and...

Unforgotten Realms: Episode Three: Into the Well

Ok... I watched ALL 3 episodes because I LOVE this series! I just started watching today, and I'm already hooked! This is awesome! I love the idea on how we get to see a roleplayer and a gamer use their characters on a board game! It's freaking hilarious! Keep up the good work dude!

OH DEAR LORD! Praise PIKMIN!!! I do enjoy that game! That's something new and original they put out, and I'm looking forward to Pikmin 3!! (we can pray.... we can still pray) I'm being serious too! I loved that game! Nintendo earns props for that installment. OH! And Baiten Kaitos series as well!

    Zero Punctuation: Oblivion

Ok, I'm not sure, but the Marrowind version of the game I had was on Xbox. I don't know if this makes a difference, but if so PLEASE tell me. Because, when I played Marrowind..... IT SUCKED ASS! Seriously! I would get so lost! As soon as you start the game, enemies are too strong pretty much...

Zero Punctuation: The World Ends With You

Damn, this dude just pointed the faults out pretty well! Only thing I can argue is the difficulty. This game gives you Personas/Weapons against these monsters. Of course, if you are going into battle with a boss soon you ALWAYS know to bring a variety. It's common sense to make sure your...

Zero Punctuation: Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles

Awww... Yahtzee... I have to disagree with you. I found this game to be quite fun actually. It wasn't too hard, but it wasn't too easy. I thought the difficulty was well balanced. Granted, like you said there are moments when something just randomly comes out and bites your ass before you can...

Zero Punctuation: The World Ends With You

That's another thing I liked about the game. The voice acting fit the characters, each one with their own distinct personality. You can even tell when Aigis is changing when how her voice tone starts to grow less and less robotic. (she is a robot, for those who haven't played the game)And plenty...

Zero Punctuation: The World Ends With You

Well, there is actually little grind considering as long as you know how to play. The only difficulty I found was figuring out Bufu meant Ice, and Agi meant Fire, and so on. Seriously, it's not that hard to say Fire, so then why do they have to make it these weird names? Other than that, this...

Zero Punctuation: The World Ends With You

OH HOLY CRAP Forgot about that one too 0_E.... But it's for the gamecube, and was released quite some time ago. Still, good JRPG.

Zero Punctuation: The World Ends With You

I agree, most frustrating things about JRPG's are that they never involve YOU as the main character or acknowledge you doing anything for the storyline. It's always making a character that you either hate or like (mostly hate) do everything for you. Some games have crossed that line (Praise the...
