I think it was the Worst 3rd Movie in a Series that's been in theatres. Starship Troopers: Marauder, I think it was called, never made it to the big screen.

I'm with the "there are only 151 pokemon" crowd. When they started getting beyond that, it became ridiculous. Really, after Silver/Gold, they just started taking what they had and adding sharp edges and making them look absolutely outlandish.
