Counter strike is a really fun twitch shooter. It is basically just a test of skill. It doesn't have any of that shit in the way unlocks and kill streaks.

Road to Jalalabad was amazing. I loved how the battle transitioned from open to urban combat. I also really liked Warlord from special forces. I think I have 24 hours on that map alone.

By the looks of it you have never played Battlefield 2. That is the reason it is going to be a different experience. The addition of 64 person multi player, large maps and jets transform the game from a frantic shooter into an epic battle.

The thing about price of PC gaming is that everyone needs a PC for email, web browsing and productivity. People that own consoles probably own a $1,000 media laptop as well. If you spent one grand on a home made computer you would have a kickass gaming platform and a PC for 200-400 dollars less.

Civilization IV and V and great for replay.

As long as they are free I love them. However something like BC2 vietnam I will pay for because there are new vehicles, weapons, badges, and maps.

BC2 is the spiritual successor to Battlefield: Vietnam which came out way before Activision was thinking about Black Ops. BC2 Vietnam is just a way to update an old game with a new engine without having to make a standalone game.

My two cents is that I don't care if the campaign timeline isn't realistic but I care about the weapons pallet. It's like setting a game in the near future, but then giving them futuristic weaponry. The weapons should at least fit the general time period. It's not about realism, it's about...

Titan mode with aircraft carriers and cruise missiles would be cool. As long as there are islands in-between.
