That said, couldn't Remedy change the songs with some sort of placeholder? That's basically what they did with Crazy Taxi and GTA: San Andreas. Not an ideal solution, but it's something.
WTF?! I genuinely can't tell if this is more insulting than "Fates": it forced you to pay double to get the full game, but at least you got two more campaigns instead of ancillary content.
