Simply put for me, when someone mentions playing Left 4 Dead 1 my heart starts pounding and the same joy I got the first time playing it comes flooding back. Left 4 Dead 2 might be the superior game in a lot of aspects, but it can't beat the rush of playing the first one for me.
L4D2 may have improved a lot of things in various areas. But the way I see it, if someone mentions Left 4 Dead 1 I get excited to play it, the same excitement as when I played it for the first time. I don't feel that way about Left 4 Dead 2.
Zero Tolerance on the Megadrive anyone? Anyone who knows me knows about it, because I go on about it for far too long. Not many people know about it before I show them though...
'Splosion Man has a t-shirt. A nice one too, but I don't own any other games apart from that and Left 4 Dead 2 that do. Bioshock 2 might? Oh I think Halo Wars or ODST do.

I lent Theme Hospital to a friend.
Midway through her borrowing it another friend asked to borrow it too.
I told friend #1 to give it to friend #2 when she was done.
Friend #1 did so.
After a few days Friend #2 gave me back the Theme Hospital disk in 2 parts.
To this day, neither of them...
