Are you kidding? I find the Stormcloak/Imperial civil war to be one of the most realstically depicted, grey political landscapes an RPG has presented since Morrowind graced us with the House politics.
I'm sure there are many other games out there that do that, but still, you get my drift...
Uhm, it doesn't.
Of course, if you smoke loads and loads, it will, but so will anything, be it drugs, booze, candy... hell, even water.
Moderation is the key, with weed as with everything else
The portion of my heart dedicated for jRPGs is small, wrinkled and black. I really don't care for them at all. And I'm a shameless (albeit a wee tad oldschool) wRPG-player.
Despite this, I didn't feel trolled at all. After wading myself stupid all across Cyrodil, this actually seemed quite...
Give me the reigns for the upcoming Thief 4 game and I'd be satisfied. Not to paraphrase the moaning, ever-complaining thief-fans on the Eidos forums, but I'm not sure I'm quite confident that it will be as good as it have potential to be.
I don't like it. Of course, there is an immense amount of anime out there and I'm not going to say that all of it's crap - I'm sure there's good anime out there. Actually, a friend of mine who're a huge anime enthusiast have showed me one that I quite liked. However, many of the genre traits...
Uhm, isn't Luna the scientific name (being latin and all) and "The Moon" it's name in english? Just like, for example, the dandelion is called Taraxacum in sciency talk/latin.
I'm no expert in either field, so I'm just guessing here.
I'm pretty sure I feel like parents do when their offspring grows to become successfull in a line of work completely alien to the old folks. I am happy and proud for the Elder Scrolls franchise for where it've gotten, but I can't help the feeling that it ain't the son I loved back when he called...
The idea that the ethics of the norse religion was one of barbarity and bloodshed is quite a commom misconception. The idea that they had no moral values is just plain wrong. Even though the Norse were infamous for raiding and whatnot, they weren't mindless barbarians. The Eddas are full of...
Voted subbed. But hardly seeing any japanese shows at all, I might fall without the group of interest. All I know is that almost every dubbed piece of film I've ever seen have had horrible dubs compared to the original language.
Of course. When you boil it down, the meaning of life is basically surviving and getting some offspring into the world. I'm not planning to get any anytime soon, but in a ten years time or so I'm sure to have some.
We all do, sooner or later. Even those who say they won't. That's instincts...
The norse god Frey, at the moment. I am stuck writing an analysis of the saga of Ravnkel Frøjsgode, who're pretty crazy for that Frey fellow (Frøjsgode = Frey's (heathen) 'priest').
Not a problem in and of itself, the sagas are interesting enough... problem is that I have to upload it in...
Depends on the musical piece, really. If the vocals are good, passionate and kick ass, they take alot of my attention, but a powerful melody or complex rythm can get just as much of my attention, if it's what drives the track.
The vocals made De Mysteriis dom Sathanas great. The melody is...
Listening to the new record "Stoned" from Acid Witch, that was the first that sprang to mind.
Other than that, and more seriously perhaps... Bathory. Seriously, that band is epic beyond measure. Hot damn.
(it takes that you're into metal and vikings, but when those conditions are met, it's...
