I was really close to walking out of Avatar. I went in knowing nothing and then I was just incredibly bored. I would have left, but my friend who drove me there wanted to stay. If I walked out without him, I'd have no way home.

I've gotta go with Legion from Mass Effect. As a student studying Computer Science and Cognitive Science, I have a huge soft spot for AI, and the whole subplot with the Geth and Quarians was my favorite thing about the Mass Effect story. Legion is the man. That unit has a soul.
