Personally, I can recommend the Alan Wake games. They are very good games in my opinion, but I'm not exactly sure if they qualify as "horror games". Don't get me wrong, they are pretty much based on horror / supernatural elements, but it's definitely not as scary as Amnesia or similar titles...
