Would be an issue except for the part where you're not playing Shepard. You play one of the many nameless soldiers that fight and ultimately die for a horrible 5 minute cinematic.

Dragon Age: Origins and Shale. It's the same thing. The character that gets added is nothing more than a relic, it's not a pivotal part of the story and if his stasis chamber was never found the story of the game wouldn't change.

My hope is to see Bane done correctly, you know, the man who broke the Bat ... We still have the Scarecrow loose in the streets, I'd expect to see him again even if it is just a minor cameo. The Penguin would have been good with the current settings Gotham since he could easily be re-imaged...
