Watch Dogs & Hacking - What would make it better?

I actually really liked the one button hacking. Minigames usually wind up being worse than the rest of the game so they take fun out of it, and if the minigames are better then they ought to just sell the minigame separately. What I wish they did differently was to make Aiden more vulnerable and...

Elder scroll online advice...to buy or not to buy

I purchased the game and am unsure if it was a good decision. The landscapes are amazing, the crafting is better than most other MMOs I've played, and the gameplay is leagues beyond what other MMOs have accomplished, but it's extremely repetitive and the combat isn't sufficiently engaging to...

What's your age, and what are you currently most concerned about?

I'm 17 and I'm most concerned about where I'm going to college.

    The Geth/Android/Toaster/Slave theory

The toaster deserves freedom more than its inventor deserves toast. Besides, with the money you'd be rolling in from patenting the creation of sentient life you could get the best toast ever, all the time.

What DLC should I get for Mass Effect 2+3

Citadel is by far the best DLC in the series, followed fairly closely by Lair of the Shadow Broker. I also thought Leviathan had some very, very memorable sequences but I can't in good conscience recommend it to you unless you have a fair amount of money since it's rather short.

CRPGS beyond the ones we always hear about

I've been obsessed with Shadowrun Returns lately. Definitely not for everyone, though, as it's kind of rough around the edges despite being modern. Also the DLC Dragonfall is substantially better than the main game, which is another issue.

    Protagonists you just can't stand.

I thought that was supposed to be because he recently had his lungs augmented. And was pulled out of sick leave early because of a crisis, before he'd fully recovered.

    Assassin's Creed: Moral Dissonance

Did you actually finish AC4? Because I'm getting the impression that you either didn't, or didn't pay attention.

Sex! Sex! Sex! Please! Can I have your STI identification card first.

The concept that people go around deliberately spreading STDs is naive and unfounded. The way STDs are spread is that people often, at least for a time, are unaware that they have a disease. It's ignorance, not malice. At least the vast majority of the time.

    What are you afraid of?

I suspect there might be a causal relationship there.

Race selection is back in Dragon Age Inquisition

The latest GameInformer article on the subject teased the possibility of playable Qunari, which to me would blow the other options out of the water. If that's not the case, I'm very happy to be a dwarf again. The different backgrounds in Origins may not have had much effect on plot progression...

Those "Dude, I'm fucked up" moments

Oh, the irony. OT: I have a morbid sense of humor, but I don't kick myself for being "fucked up". I never actually hurt anyone and even if I find a real, horrible event funny, I acknowledge that it's possible to both find an event terrible and funny at the same time. There's an important...

The Stock Superhero "One Rule", and why it's bullshit.

This is a moot point because nothing, not imprisonment and certainly not death, can stop the supervillains in comicbooks. Even if Supes just up and murdered Lex Luthor, it would only be a matter of time before he got resurrected somehow, as tends to happen in the comic book universe.

    Would you kill the Joker?

Considering how many times everyone in the Bat-verse has come back from the dead (lazarus pits and all), I'm not sure I would bother. Call the cops, maybe tie him up, and leg it as quickly as possible. However, if I didn't know about the lazarus pits, I would probably shoot him. I am firmly...

When was the first time you heard a curse in a game?

The first time I remember there being cursing was Halo 3, being my first M rated game and having some foul-mouthed marines. I'm sure there was a time before that, though.
