    Batman Needs Robin

Am I missing something? He referred to it as the "third game," and then said it was the end of a "trilogy." Is Origins not being counted for being a prequel, even though from a development point of view, Knight is definitely the fourth game. (Which is relevant, I think.)

HD Re-Releases You'd Want to See

Final Fantasy X is the first to come to mind. Fortunately, it's happening. Deus Ex, it did not age well, unfortunately. Final Fantasy VI, because I want Kefka mocking me in 720p (shame this one technically needs a 3D remake, not an HD re-release) Mark of Kri - randomly came to mind

I think EA/Bioware are blatantly trolling now.

To be fair, DA2 has no major-critic rankings below 3/5, which is fairly average, and sold reasonable well, which could be defined as a success from a developer/publisher point of view. I can't speak for TOR, though. But really, this kind of thing isn't remotely uncommon in advertising and...

Rumor: Next PlayStation Coming in Late 2013

Considering the PS3, hardware-wise, could likely match up against the next generation of consoles, I really can't see them working on a PS4 yet. Consoles are always sold at a loss and the games make the profit, there's really no reason for them to waste money on a new console, especially with...

    BioWare's Lead Writer Resigns

Making a choice on not playing games before they even exist seems rather short-sighted, don't you think?

Poll: were world war 2 and the cold war clear cut battles between good and evil?

~150,000-200,000 civilians who used to reside in Hiroshima and Nagasaki would tell you that no war is a clean cut division between good and evil. They would, at least, if they weren't dead. The body count from an invasion of Japan would have likely resulted in a combined casualty count...

    STEAM SELLS BROKEN GAMES!

No, they do not. They distribute the games, they do not develop or publish the games. Many errors are typically on the user-end, but even those that aren't, also aren't the fault of Steam.

Poll: Nintendo's Quality In Consoles (i.e. Motion Controls and 3D)

There's 10s of millions of people who are enjoying their games on the Wii, many who probably didn't play many games before. Nintendo's aim at the casual crowd might seem like it's about the money, but it's giving fun to people who normally don't have fun with video games. Is that wrong? Also...

University (Or "College" for you Americans...)

I've attended both College and University, and I know people who have attended both and it's really more like: College: Where you go if you want a job University: Where you go to learn shit and not know how to apply it in a job Going to the right college can get you a job in 2-3 years...

    Kratos

Was a good read, but I'm not sure I agree about Batman, though, but to each his own.

    Nintendo DS, good games?

Professor Layton and the Curious Village Prof Layton and the Diabolical Box They're fun little games with fairly basic game play and at some points feels more like an old 90s cartoon than a game. But some basic exploring combined with most of the conflict in the game being solved by logic...

Why do people care so much about storylines?

Games are a lot more than just gameplay these days, they're an experience. Even the best game can be partially ruined when the storyline is bad, or the music is awful, it's an entire experience meant to immerse you into the entire game. Some games have amazing stories, while certainly never...
