I'd keep the voice acting intact, but allow player made quests to appear in a text box. I had so much hope for the construction set (and remember all the fun I had making quests in Morrwind), only to have it dashed when I released that I can't make voices for my quests...and I don't know anyone...

it's hard being a fan of TOR. it's really, really, really hard now a days. Everyone hates the game, and wants it to fail. I feel like it's being taken from me...

So I'd assume that a game with constant sexual objectification of men is ok then? I mean no one would have an issue with that right? You guys would be totally cool with a game that is wall to wall dudes in the buff, with chainguns? If their is nothing wrong with it, then why isn't it...

I love TOR,(I think I'm the only one here that does), and this is great news! Really if this had been any other MMO, with this same offer, I'm sure the reactions would be far more positive.

Have any of you guys ever stopped to ask a real woman gamer, how she feels about all of this? Or is it simply ok to assume that you know how women feel, or how they should feel. Just putting that out there....

I just hope it lives up to the lofty expectations, of the MMO gameing pubic. ...and I'll be happy when my beloved TOR is free of the incessant trolling it often gets, as the game media will have a new darling to fawn over.

Interesting...then why was there no huge freak out, when Fear 2 was released? Sure it wasn't in the trailers, but once everyone got the the ending I don't remember an article on it, or any kind of debate. I didn't even know the game hand an ending like that, until I played it.

Interesting question. How would you guys feel if in those trailers, instead of Laura, it was a guy? Would it be such a hot debate? or would we all feel differently?

I've never played a video game where something like that trailer, happens to a man, movies maybe different, but not video games. (Edit because my original was to angry)

I just wish games, had more male nudity. I'm getting sick of the naked woman/woman/elf/alien boobies bombardment. Besides, how can male video game characters, keep doing it with their pants on, it looks unnatural and just makes the sex look like cheap fan service.
