Sorry but the DC-Cinematic universe is not short-lived, only when compared to Marvel - which is quite the outlier in cinema history.

I haven't seen the "it was all a dream" drop in quite a while. I want to say it was over done in the 80s and 90s and fell into terrible disrepute. The closest thing to a non-ironic usage recently is probably inception.
I don't mind it if the point of the dream leads to character development...
High end TVs and cars are VERY expensive. Bank breaking expensive. As phones get more and more expensive more people will break away, then the high end market will collapse or at least decline.
My theory is that it's a justifiable expense (since they use it for everything anyway) and it saves them from having to go through the trouble of picking from the wider market of phones and it's a left over habit from when the more expensive phones were truly better.
The dumbest accusation of ludo narrative dissonance was probably bioshock infinite. They were mostly likely describing aesthetic-ludo dissonance which was probably entirely intentional since the theme of the story was thin veneers of propaganda covering over awful truths.
Arguably we should call that ludo-character dissonance as opposed to ludo-narrative.
Although at a certain point we have to say this is the central conceit of a third person shooter and accept it.

Yes but it was suppose to be a joke. It was the artist's calling card to insert pandas into his work, then they came up with a joke lore reason to explain why panda faces were appearing everywhere.
The actual inclusion of pandaria was most likely to penetrate the Chinese market.
