You make a valid point, because that's pretty much the formula that Bioware games follow... But that's also part of why people like Bioware so much. The overarching goal/story is usually simple and doesn't really differentiate, which allows the characters and the universe to be explored more.

I think you've hit the nail on the head... It's Bioware, it's going to be a great game. Maybe not as great as Origins, but probably better than DA2 because of the extended dev cycle. But, since Bioware fans have been stirred into a permanent rage because of DA2 and the ME3 ending, any praise...

This site is a hopeless EA-hate-circle jerk. If Valve came out and said the very same thing, everyone here would just happily rake it in. EA pretty much already does this... All of their games have some sort of online feature, and not necessarily multiplayer. Christ, everyone is treating...

It's always the publisher that controls DLC-pricing, so it's EA that made From Ashes and the new Leviathan DLC $10, which are also singleplayer DLC's. This is a multiplayer-centric DLC, and oh hey look EA/Bioware has released like 3 or 4 of those. More OT: I'm curious as to why publishers...

Pretty much. This probably goes for any game that Bioware will put out in the near future. Just wait for the first paid DLC for Mass Effect 3, there will be people calling for boycotts and other stupid shit.

Yeah, seriously. Halo has an incredibly vibrant and unique art design, and call the gameplay what you want, but I think it's anything but boring... But it's also popular, which means it's the cool thing to hate on it. So yeah, uh, fuck Halo, karma please.
