In all honesty Skyrim is pretty easy, I haven't felt the need to cheat at all, except for a couple of buggy quests. I'll probably give myself perks soon (I'm level 50) to see what they're like, but other than that I'm invincible already. 100 sneak, 100 smithing, 90 archery, 90 one-handed...

Okay, I think I managed to fix it. Make sure you are not using any mods (smithing ones seem to cause bugs in this update) 1. Delete the Skyrim - Interface.bsa file in the Data folder. 2. Go to Steam, right click Skyrim, then go to Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Cache...

Same here, but not very often and it was still playable; I just put it down to the bad UI. Now Skyrim is completely unplayable.

You don't need Origin, but you do need a Bioware (and/or?) a EA account, and the game goes batshit insane periodically if you have the DLC and try to play a saved game. The amount of rage I have spent trying to get it to work is astronomical. Good game though :)

This. I want to be able to piss someone off (Maven Black-Briar, you are a terrible person), and them say they'll get the Dark Brotherhood on me, so I can say 'I am the Dark Brotherhood' (Sounded cooler in my head)
