I'm pretty sure that he doesn't have much of a case. UMG holds the rights to the song, and Bethesda licensed the song from them lawfully. Just because he had the right to independently license the song as long as he gave UMG a cut, doesn't mean that Bethesda or UMG had any obligation to him.

Seems like a pretty big red flag to PC gamers to me. This kind of test is much more useful to PCs with varying hardware specs than to consoles anyways, and if they aren't doing this for PC than it is obviously not a market they are interested in, and will probably be a buggy mess with poor...

If you have windows 8.1 you should upgrade. it is much better. Debatable for windows 7 but even then it's probably worth it for DX12. Just do custom install and unselect all the garbage that Window 10 tries to default

Bethesda's track record on dealing with stolen mods (with paid mods and now console mods) makes a lot more sense now. No wonder they are so bad at stopping mods from being stolen, they are stealing them themselves!

Nonsense, they are just trying to spin another BS move on their part. For a crowd-funded project, Oculus has done a complete 180 and is one of the least consumer friendly tech companies i know.

You already have some of the space sim games compatible, like Elite. I expect there will be mods or support for FPS-style games as well, I think they would be fun in VR. I hope the next Elder Scrolls has VR support as well, that would be cool.

I would tank* his STR, Dex, and CON since those are going to be modified by shapechange anyways, then pick up natural spell asap. With natural spell shapechange becomes very OP and this is a typical Druid munchkin character, but i think you can fit it with roleplaying if you don't munchkin it...

I think that adding some more humour will generally make it a better film, but I also think that re-shoots to change the tone of the film are probably a bad thing. All in all i think it will probably make it a better film but I'm not too confident so Turtles.
